March Blog Challenge – What’s your recipe for recuperating from extreme heartbreak?

I don’t think there is any remedy other than time, and you won’t really know how long your recovery will take until it’s actually done. Spending time with friends helps, as do exercise and hobbies, but it’s still going to take time.
